ILO is a full-service law firm providing multi-lingual (Persian, French, English and Arabic) legal and paralegal services to clients internationally. The firm has extensive expertise in most areas of the law including intellectual property, high technology, business restructuring, corporations, employment, international trade, foreign investment, oil and gas, taxation, work permits, commercial litigation and arbitration.

Number of Employees: Currently ILO has 16 persons while number of lawyers differ based on the volume of foreign and local commercial activities within the country. in case of necessity, ILO outsource other expert/s under it’s supervision


Apart from our expertise in transactional work, our strong litigation team is well-versed in legal disputes involving commercial affairs, international commercial contacts, international trade, shareholder and joint venture agreements, construction, business restructuring, bankruptcy and other commercial and arbitration cases. ILO also provides English- Persian and Persian-English certified translations.

The ILO was established in 1979. For over 30 years the ILO has been providing quality service to all of its clients. Currently ILO has employed 15 persons while number of employees differ based on the volume of foreign and local commercial activities within the country.
